Transitioning into the staffing industry, she joined Randstad, and quickly rose through the ranks, earning numerous awards, including the prestigious Presidents Club award an impressive seven times.
In 2016, Jacki established Elite Asset Staffing, which thrived under her leadership as managing partner.
